Payment
Payments will be on a month by month basis. We recommend setting up a direct debit to guarantee payment on time. If payment is not on time your website will go automatically into offline mode until payment has been made. This can cause loss of data within the website that Rocket Designs will not be liable for.
If payment has been overdue for 14 days Rocket Designs will contact you directly and add an additional admin fee of £25. The websites traffic will be redirected to Rocket Designs explaining that your website has been removed from the server. However Rocket Designs will hold a backup of your website for 6 Months.
Standard Website
Our monthly custom website includes a home page, contact page, about page and blog or news page. All pages can be customised to your liking and needs, to fulfil your clients requirements. Standard websites come with WordPress installed for the backend so that you can upload a blog or news post.
If you would like to add further pages there might be an additional one off charge, or your monthly rate might increase. Both options will be offered to you so you can choose what best suits you.
Length of contract
The standard contract is 18 Months. When you come to the end of your contact you will automatically be put onto a monthly rolling contract at the same rate you were previously charged. If you would like to leave your contact before the 18 month term ends, there will be a fixed admin fee of £200.
Website Hosting
Hosting comes free with all websites when you are still within the first fixed contract or on the month by month contract. The website will be hosted on Rocket Designs server and only Rocket Designs will have access to this server for security reasons.
Who Owns the Website
Rocket Designs will always own the website unless discussed prior to the contract, you will be renting the website from Rocket Designs.
